The power's turned off. Go back to the main room where you started and go into the closed door on the right (not the hallway, the actual closed door). You'll go downstairs into the boiler room; move the levers to shift the gears up and down (and for one of them, left and right). You need to have all the gears touching one another and in motion for the power to start up. |
