Once you've got the power running, play around with the wheels to see which wheel moves which planet. Have you noticed that Gregor can also walk over to the left side of the upper balcony? If you got that one empty pedestal to slide over that way, he could easily reach it. (Additional hint: It may take a few tries to put the four quarters of the sphere on the pedestal.
