Set up the helium tank on the far right of the pipe puzzle. (If you didn't get it, shame on you, I've hinted at it twice already. Go outside and grab it.) You eventually want to get the helium from the tank to the exiting pipe with the bellows (second from the left). That, however, is easier said than done. Click on the helium tank to release a puff of helium, and click on the orange joints and the open caps to direct the air flow before the bulge reaches where you are.

There's a couple obstacles to this. You need to cap off any places where the helium could escape, and the last joint before the bellows is turned wrong. See how it's connected to that pulley wheel in the top center? You need to first send the helium to that big pulley wheel exactly ONE TIME to turn it. (Once it passes the wheel, it'll come out of the lower right pipe exit.) Keep an eye on which way it's turned. If you accidentally send helium to that pulley wheel a second time, you'll have to keep turning the wheel until the joint is positioned correctly again.

Also, you'll need to turn the joints more than once to direct the air flow properly. You have to keep ahead of that bulge in the pipe at all times and make sure you know where you're going. There's also a small hole in the pipe system that you'll need to plug up. And since you got the ticket stuck together, you've got what you need to patch it up.

This may drive you nuts, but it's doable and you have no time limit, so stay calm and think it through. And if you MUST ask me how to do it, you have GOT to be absolutely specific on what you've managed to make it do.
