First off, you can't defuse the bomb, but you do have to get it out of the warehouse. Grab the winch on the toolbox and RUN around to the other side of the boat. Use the winch to get on and run around the boat, getting all the items. Then go back. Notice how the plans Meg picked up look a LOT like that blue device with all the wires plugged in? |
