Make a break for that chain and hook when he's not looking, it'll put you below him. Now you have several counterweights and a valve to play with; use the valve to get his attention and a counterweight to knock him out. Once that's taken care of, climb back up, grab the wrench from the toolbox, and see if you can't shimmy up any of those pipes back there. |
