You have to swing his cage back and forth enough so that he can grab the skull from the cage on the right and then pitch it into the gears on the left. Unlike every other episode, though, here you have to press the arrows in the DIRECTION of the swing to make him swing wider. You should be able to grab the skull on the fourth swing, then immediately chuck it into the gears on the backswing. The ceiling will pull up and Meg will be able to reach the doors. |
