If you haven't already, go back upstairs to the set of gears on the lower right landing. Use the crank on them to lower the right cage all the way to the ground. Go back to where Steppenwolf is and climb the cage's chain ALLL the way up to the room above. Now do you see anything that's crossing the chain that you could cut? (You're going to make a grappling hook, so you will need a rope...) You'll have to go back upstairs to get it, but combine it with the hook in your inventory. Ta-da! |
