Climb up the vine and run back to the second screen, and search through the bushes at the base of that ruined stone wall at the edge of the cliff. When you find the dead goat, hit ACTION again to get the bag of blood. Run back down to the first screen, and use the blood to smear it on yourself. Hold down the ACTION button to make SW crouch. The Chupakabra will target Steppenwolf instead of Meg, but won't be able to touch him while he's crouched. Watch the beast's pattern: he'll swoop down once, then swoop down again about 7-10 seconds later. After that second pass, he waits about 20 seconds to try again. This interval should give you enough time to race up to the second screen and grab what you need. It won't keep Meg from getting hurt, but it will buy you enough time to get what you need to free Pedro. Also, that bag of blood is useful at the end of the ep. |
