Let me guess: you jump on top of the robot, turn the red wheel when you're carried over to it only to have the robot turn the steam right back on? Open up your toolkit and see if there isn't something you can use to jam into the wheel IMMEDIATELY after you've turned it. (It begins with a W.) Once the steam is off, you can go back up, then climb down the rightmost pipe. See that panel at the VERY BOTTOM RIGHT? I think you could remove it with the tools you have. |
